By Hiroo Mochizuki, Mitchi Mochizuki, Mario Ambrosini & Jean-Max Brignone
Yoseikan Budo is a method based on the whipping principle (a wave motion) used as an energy vehicle in order to multiply the body power, with fist, foot, throws and weapons techniques. Competition Yoseikan is the Sport version on this art.
The martial version is shown in the video entitled "Traditional Yoseikan Budo".
Founded by Master Hiroo Mochizuki, this training method is most interesting for practitioners of all kinds of sports disciplines. It is a specific method that represents a comprehensive preparation for any high level athlete's training.
A 2nd degree Sports Instructor, Master Hiroo Mochizuki was indeed a fine sportsman, a Karate (7th Dan) and Judo (captain of the College Team in Japan) competitor. He was also a track and field competitor, as well as a swimmer, and a volley-ball player. He went on practicing horse-riding and skin diving.
He knew how to benefit from his intellectual and physical knowledge and create and develop an original training method that aims at improving any athlete's potential.
To work with the fist and the feet allows to develop the muscles while they are extended, the throws on the other hand are a contraction work, whereas the work with three different sizes of weapons enhances the speed and the abilities to adapt.
The three forms combined especially stimulate creativity.
It is under the supervision of this worldwide renowned character that you will discover this Film "Competition Yoseikan", with the help of three technical experts (all with State Degrees) among the current best.
