Defective media may be eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Return of the original item is required for inspection prior to any replacement or refund being issued.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed to be due to a fulfillment error.

We do not accept returns for “change of mind.”  (everyone’s taste is different!).

Gis, Apparel, Gear & Equipment

30-day exchanges for size/color if:

• Unworn, unwashed, and still has tags
• In original packaging
• No odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or signs of use

Due to hygiene, the following items are final sale (no returns/exchanges):

• Rashguards, fight/compression shorts, spats, underwear, cups, mouthguards
• Baby & toddler gis
• Special-order items

How to exchange (non-media items): Email us your order number and reason for exchange. You’ll cover return shipping to us; once we receive the item, we’ll ship the replacement size to you free of charge.
