Born in 1931 in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture. He studied Togakure-ryu Ninpo and nine other schools of ninjutsu and traditional martial arts under the late Toshitsugu Takamatsu, inheriting the position of Soke. He played a pivotal role in the global ninja boom, particularly in the United States, earning high acclaim as a Master of Ninjutsu.
