"大気拳" (Taikiken) is an invincible martial art that embodies adaptability, spontaneity in offense and defense, and the power of instinct. Rooted in natural principles, it transcends forms and is characterized by its founder, Kenichi Sawai, who introduced the concept of "ki" (energy) and left an enduring impact on martial arts and practitioners worldwide. This DVD not only showcases rare footage of Kenichi Sawai himself but also features demonstrations by one of his few disciples, Hiroshi Iijima, who inherits Sawai's techniques and spirit.
