About the Author: Author and manga artist Hari Sunao, born Takagawa Sunao in Saga Prefecture in 1933, made his debut in 1956 and has since excelled across various media. Trained under the late master Yamaguchi Seigo at Aikikai from 1957, Hari Sunao currently holds a seventh dan. He founded "Body Staff," blending taijutsu and staff techniques, which he teaches alongside Aikido at the Kodenkan, where he serves as head.
