Director Sunadomari, born in Kagoshima in 1923, embarked on his Aikido journey as a teenager under Morihei Ueshiba's tutelage. Awarded the 9th dan in Aikido in 1961, he founded Mansei-kan Aikido in 1969 after Ueshiba's passing, aiming to preserve and evolve the art. Renamed Aiki Manseido in 1999, the school emphasizes the spiritual and technical evolution of Aikido, as demonstrated and explained by Director Sunadomari himself.
