A gem of a collection of Chang Dong-sheng's style Shuai Jiao performed by Master Peter Chema. There simply is little film footage out there in English on this unique style of Baoting Kuai Jiao. Extremely highly recommended.

This is packed with conditioning techniques, and thorough training on all aspects of this style of grappling. Peter Chema is a very good teacher, and despite its age, this set still delivers excellent instruction on this old style of kung fu.
