Qi Gong for Longevity

It is an easy to follow guide. English subtitles compliment the explanation. It is inspiring also since the gravity of the teacher has something weighty about it.
The teacher himself is an example of his lessons, being an eighty year old he carries merit to his words

Qigong for Longevity DVD

Most of the DVD was advertising but I liked Kao Tao’s segment.
