Cast:

  • Hiroyuki Aoki
    • Born in 1936 in Yokohama. He has been involved in martial arts since childhood and studied under Master Shigeru Egami of Japan Karate-do during his university years.
    • In 1963, at the age of 27, he was recommended for the highest rank of fifth dan in his style. In 1965, seeking a new era of body techniques, he formed "Rakutenkai" with about 30 martial artists.
    • After three years of rigorous training based on Karate-do and Aikido, he founded "Shintaido," a comprehensive body technique for natural human recovery and consciousness awakening, known as a global marvel of body techniques.
    • In 1985, he demonstrated the power of ki (energy) at the Japan-France International Symposium, sparking ki movements in Japan, America, and Europe, gaining widespread recognition as a martial artist of ki.
    • Around 1990, he stepped back from the forefront of Shintaido activities, passing on his activities to the next generation and expanding into new fields. He engaged in international volunteer activities such as assisting in school construction in various Asian countries and supporting scholarships for impoverished families.
    • He established the nonprofit organization "Tenshin-kai" in 2010, which became the foundation for activities in Tenshin Shodo School, Meditation College, and Kenbu Tenshin-ryu.
    • All activities are directly guided by Hiroyuki Aoki, emphasizing individuality, creativity, and the art of calligraphy. Members have achieved numerous top awards, including over 160 invitations to prestigious calligraphy exhibitions in China, such as Grand Prix and Runner-up, in a short period.
    • Since 2008, he has developed a training system for iaido and battojutsu for physical capability enhancement and spiritual cultivation, naming it "Kenbu Tenshin-ryu."
