I have attempted through this book, to give the reader an insight into Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-Jitsu. Obviously the syllabus and extra curriculum of this system makes it impossible to write about every technique. This is a training manual and should the reader wish to learn more about the system. The system attempts to teach the student a practical approach to self defence, whilst improving their fitness, agility and self-confidence. Jukoshin Ryu provides a lot of its students with a fighting chance, it cannot guarantee that once involved in conflict, the student will survive unharmed. Therefore our training provides both a mental and physical conditioning to prepare the student for combat. Whilst no system is infallible and nobody can possibly have all the answers, I truly believe that the Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-Jitsu system is one of the finest self-defense structures available.
