I highly recommend it

I practice San Soo Kung Foo and this DVD has techniques I can use in my San Soo Kung Foo classes. You can learn languages too with this DVD instructional. Spanish, Italian etc.
Anyway it has many specific step by step lessons for real fight from kicks and striking to grappling submissions.
