Full Contact Kickboxing DVD by Pedro Conde

Pedro Conde, better known for his work as a journalist, director of the DOJO and BRUCE LEE magazine for decades, yet has worked extensively coaching and Full Contact Kickboxing, whose discipline has always been a consummate teacher. In this DVD shows how to boost the defense system (elusive, stops and blockages), with innovative exercises and totally different from those used frequently in combat sports, guiding them into practice as time and raiding and leaving a door open for any variant you want to do the same. In the punch section shows how to beat with speed, accuracy and devastating explosiveness with the upper extremities, first applying the techniques on offense and then defense.
