At age 94, world-renowned maestro Hiroshi Tada (9th Dan in Aikido) is still active, and he is now revealing his breathing and meditation training methods, known as "Ki-renma"!

This is the Japanese version of "Ki-renma" published in France by Hiroshi Tada (94 years old), the world-renowned maestro who spread Aikido to European countries. This book contains the essence of "Ki-renma" through breathing and meditation techniques that he has continued to use for over 70 years under the tutelage of Aikido founders Morihei Ueshiba and Tenpū Nakamura! If you practice these methods, you will be able to enhance the function of your life force, become skilled in using your mind and body, and achieve mental stability. The French version has been revised and the illustrations have all been renewed. Contains 73 methods.

In addition, there are valuable audio sources (with QR codes) for "Practice to remove excess tension" and "Head breathing," so you can practice with Master Tada's audio!
