This is a fabtastic set.

This is a fabtastic set. Loads of great drills to add to your training, and a lot of great stuff on what happens "in between". Great stuff on controlling transitions, striking into grappling, and striking on the ground. All the coaches are excellent, and seeing Olivier Gruner in action is a revelation.
