About the Instructor:

Bruce Frantzis (b. 1949) is a Taoist Lineage Master and educator with 40+ years in Eastern healing systems. Starting as a karate champion, he trained extensively in China under grandmasters like Liu Hung Chieh, becoming the first Westerner to inherit authentic lineages in qigong, bagua, tai chi, hsing-i, and Taoist meditation. He founded the Energy Arts system and authored books on Taoist practices.
