Is it really that important to be closely connected?
Family, work, lovers...Reliable relationships can sometimes become a heavy burden.
When people get too close, they become dependent on others and aggressive.
What we need is not an easy connection.
A "distance" that is convenient for us.
We can help each other while maintaining a certain "distance."
Not clingy, but not shallow.
An ambiguous relationship where we only meet when we want to.
That is the "family" that Aoki Shinya seeks.
The lonely fighter Aoki Shinya proposes relationships for a new era based on the "distance thinking" he learned from the battlefield.
His feelings about his own divorce, the ring and fear,
what he learned from the famous Kendo Kashin...
Aoki Shinya's philosophy, born from how to maintain "distance," is a guidepost for walking through an uncertain world.
Also included is a family roundtable discussion between Takahiro Miura, a key member of the "Aoki Family" and creative director of "The Breakthrough Company GO," and Nobuyuki Onisawa, chairman of "Anzu-kai An Clinic," also known as Dr. Servant, who is attracting attention in the world of home medical care.

Read it and you'll understand.
We are a family.
