A thorough explanation of the secret technique of Naginata, which is to learn with a six-shaku stick, a spear, and a kodachi, and to learn after learning the reason. In addition, as a bonus video, the essence of the performance that Soke demonstrated from the Naginata seminar held over a year in 1995 is recorded.

The footage taken by his students is not in good condition, but the content is extremely valuable.
