Break a Leg DVD by Jeff Glover

If you want to add to your leglock game then you have to get this one.
Glover doesn't waste time talking as with some people. The filming is excellent. Some DVDs they film off at a distance. Not this one. It's up close a personal.
Glover shows some leglock entrances you might not have seen before. I like how he gives Dean Lister credit. Glover says he trained with Dean Lister for 4 and a half years and it shows. I also recommend Enrico Cocco's leglock set along with Josh Haden and Gokor. Oh and Brandon Quick Leglock seminar DVD and Reilly Bodycomb among others I have.

This dvd is a reminder of how good and fluid Glover is, the dude is sick!!! His approach on this dvd is different from other leg lock DVDs because he demonstrates constant and practical attacks from the top game. Great purchase and pretty cheap price

I’ve enjoyed all of Jeff’s instructionals. Ever since his deep half guard one. He always teaches in a fun and easy to learn way. I’ve seen most all the other leglocks DVDs and this one doesn’t duplicate any of the others. Jeffnhas some unique entries here that I’ll definitely be drilling. Thanks Jeff!
