Ryuji Shirawaka is a lifelong student and teacher of Aikido. In fact his father is also a 7th dan Aikikai Shihan. Ryuji is currently a 6th dan Shihan and has 400 students under him at Aikido Shinbu Rensei Juku in Sendai Japan.

This is one of the best Aikido instructional series I have ever seen (I am referring to both Vol.1 and Vol.2 ) . Shirakawa shows fluid, powerful,
elegant techniques. This is Aikikai school at its best !
