Established in 1918, the Tokyo Shudokan is a private dojo boasting a history spanning over a century. For three generations, the Nakamura family has dedicated itself to nurturing robust and upright youth through the practice of Kendo, producing a great number of distinguished individuals. This book is a compilation of articles published in *Kendo Jidai* magazine by the third-generation head, Mr. Fukuyoshi Nakamura, who carries forward this educational philosophy.
