Shipping Policy

Budovideos ships throughout the United States and to many international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your items and delivery address.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping method.

Print-on-demand items have separate shipping rates and may ship separately from products fulfilled directly by Budovideos. Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may include combined shipping charges.

Any free shipping offer applies only to eligible products and destinations as indicated on our website and at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders fulfilled directly by Budovideos generally ship twice per week. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Special-order items, preorders, and products sourced from suppliers may take longer to ship. Please review the product description for any additional processing estimates.

Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are made to order and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners. Production takes place before shipping, so please allow additional time for these items.

Production and delivery times vary by product and destination. Print-on-demand items follow their own fulfillment schedule.

Separate Shipments

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Delivery and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless a service expressly includes a delivery guarantee. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs processing may affect arrival times.

Choosing a faster shipping method does not shorten production time or special-order processing time.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will notify you and provide options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

International Orders

Available international shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Unless expressly included at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges assessed by their destination country or carrier. These charges are separate from shipping charges paid to Budovideos.

We cannot mark commercial shipments as gifts or declare an inaccurate value.

Customs processing may cause additional delays. If a shipment is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, any refund will be handled under our policies and applicable law. Nonrecoverable shipping and return charges may be deducted where permitted.

Shipping Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact CS@budovideos.com immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact CS@budovideos.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check nearby delivery locations and with household members or building management, then contact the carrier and Budovideos so we can investigate.
