DVD has really helped my game.

DVD has really helped my game. I can switch from closed to open guard, and it has opened up some submissions. Great to use against larger opponents.

This is one of the best tapes I have purchased. I would rate it five stars. If you are looking for instruction on the fundamentals of the open guard this is it.

The dvd lays out step by step the basic grips, foot positions and how to transition. It is basic, no fancy moves, but it is largely original material not covered anywhere else.

Tinguinha provides detailed instruction and the video quality is good.
