Intuition is a knowing that arises spontaneously in our beings as an insight and it has accompanying sensations. These sensations are the basis of body intuition. Learning to distinguish them from our reactive habits opens the doorway to more unified, skillful, and compassionate action.
This videotape presents concepts and exercises using principles from Aikido, a Japanese martial art which teaches harmony and blending as an alternative to conflict. Covering basic practice, attentional states, positive and receptive interactions, and the learning process, it concludes with a 15 minute training session which can be used for daily practice.
