This two-DVD "Tai Chi" pack introduces the complete Chinese martial arts. It includes "Simplified Tai Chi Introduction," which introduces the prestigious Yang Family Tai Chi, one of the many styles of Tai Chi, and "Masters of Tai Chi," which features a variety of Tai Chi techniques performed by masters of each style.

This product is a set of "Simplified Tai Chi Introduction" and "Tai Chi Masters". In May 1993, Yongnian, Hebei Province, China, masters representing the six prestigious schools of Tai Chi gathered for a conference entitled the "International Tai Chi Friendship Association," where they held performances and theoretical workshops. This was perhaps the last chance to witness the ancient traditions reminiscent of the early days of Tai Chi, as well as the performances of valuable routines from each school.
