No techniques or forms necessary. Throw opponents using the ancient mindset and body approach! "Katakamuna" is a culture that originated in Japan tens of thousands of years ago (in ancient times), long before the world's four major civilizations. It's the root of Shinto and all Japanese culture—a "word-soul civilization" that captured all phenomena, including invisible ones. It's intuitive physics that directly perceives and explains the nature of all things, including life, mind, and time. When you enter the "Manosube" state (physically receiving and following natural movement) taught by the ancient Japanese "Katakamuna" culture, attackers collapse on their own. Easily embody the essence of non-confrontational, harmonious Japanese culture! Tama-aiki (soul-aiki) learned through Katakamuna is an art that makes people "laugh after being thrown."

About the Author:

Born in Kita Ward, Tokyo. In 1995, he encountered "Sojizon" (Similar Images) and began researching Katakamuna. In 1998, he encountered "Aiki Essence" and "Takemusu Aiki," developing an interest in Aiki. He researched the posture described in "The Book of Five Rings," and while walking with this posture, he discovered the "wind-sail walk." Furthermore, he found that with this posture, one could perform Aiki. In 2006, he established the "Soul Aiki Research Society" and launched a website. With the motto "Teaching is learning," he has researched Soul Aiki through connections with many people up to the present day. His publications include "Wind-Sail Walking and the Art of Soul Aiki - Knowing the Origin of Japan's Proud Cultural Abilities" (on-demand edition, Design Egg Publishing), among others.
