Ok DVD but I preffer the new stuff

This is early stuff from Dr. Yang so it's not as good as his latter releases. Some of the performances are less than stellar, especially from his students. However, you do get three forms on one DVD so it's a good value in that respect. He also does applications, which aren't usually shown for these forms. So good, but not great.
