Michael DePasquale, Jr., a 3rd degree black belt in Hakko Ryu Ju Jitsu, has been a student of the Martial Arts since childhood. Mr. DePasquale frequently conducts workshops and lectures on ju jitsu at community colleges, high schools, and adult education and community centers, as well as classes in self-defense techniques for security guards.

While his specialty remains ju jitsu, Mr. DePasquale also enjoys judo and karate and has competed in tournaments in both. At present, besides continuing to pursue these activities, he also teaches regularly at Dojo Yoshitsune in Closter, New Jersey.
