About the Author
Wim Demeere began his study of martial arts at age 14. Competitively, he has earned four national titles and a bronze medal at the 1995 World Wushu Championships. In 2001, he became the national coach of the Belgian Wushu Fighting Team for Sanshou competitions. He now teaches a variety of martial arts and self-defense systems as well as Mixed Martial Arts. A full-time Personal Trainer, Wim resides near Brussels, Belgium.
