Kung Fu Nunchaku for Self-Defense in Pictures Book by HC Chao

I really like the book. All the techniques that is taught in the book is easy to follow because the drawing of the actions is clear. All of the techniques in the book is about combat. No flashy freestyle move, all is about combat. Great and practical.
