It has been 10 years since Karl Gotch passed away in July 2007. This book was produced by one of his beloved students, Yoshiaki Fujiwara.
When asked "What is your specialty?" Karl Gotch would answer "conditioning." His conditioning was supported by a variety of bodyweight training exercises based on squats, push-ups, and bridges. This book introduces the many bodyweight training exercises that Gotch practiced himself and imposed on his beloved students. In addition, his beloved students, including Antonio Inoki, Akira Maeda, Masakatsu Funaki, and Minoru Suzuki, talk about their memories of Gotch.
Opening interview
Antonio Inoki "What are my ambivalent feelings toward my master?"
