Filmed during the last years of Gozo Shioda's life, in this DVD, Shioda instructs the highest level of his aikido. "Kokyu Ryoku" can be translated as "breath power" and you will see Shioda throwing Yoshinkan Aikido black belts such as Tsuneo Ando and Tsutomu Chida relying not on joint locks but on subtle "kuzushi" or "off balancing" movements. Shioda handles his attackers with ease, dealing with mostly "belt level" grabs - one-handed and two-handed. Shioda also demonstrates defenses against 2 and 3 attackers.
