This book is the much anticipated volume 2 sequel. It covers warrior training and applications. In this volume, John Painter draws upon his 30+ years of training Law Enforcement officers in tactical combat using the same Baguazhang principles shown in this book. There are no choreographed complex forms, just practical martial principles based on the Chinese internal martial art of Nine Dragon Baguazhang.  He shows basic tactics for developing internal power, speed, strength and vulnerable body points along with a series of examples for using Baguazhang principles in single and multiple encounters.
