This video introduces techniques based on the core theory of "Liu Da Kai", especially "Liu Da Kai". In addition, the 7th headmaster Wu Lianzhi personally teaches and explains the true theory and techniques of Bajiquan, which can be considered practical techniques such as the variations and breakage of important forms.

In recent years, there have been many intense sanda (sanshou) matches, in which strong people from various schools of Chinese martial arts gather and fight directly while wearing protective gear.

On the other hand, it is said that it is difficult to utilize the unique techniques and movements based on the profound theory of Chinese martial arts in a real fight, and many of the matches unfold in a way that is reminiscent of kickboxing.

This is why many of the forms and basics of karate and Chinese martial arts are said to have a large practical gap between them and actual combat or free sparring.

All of the techniques of Bajiquan are extremely close to actual combat.
In particular, the core and fundamental theory of the "Six Great Opens" technique is known for its fearsome power once mastered.
