Shishir Inocalla started his Martial Arts Training in early childhood. Since that time, he has balanced his spiritual training with the Mastery of Martial Arts.

At age 14, he received a scholarship to study meditation and philosophy in India. He was awarded the title of Acharya (Teacher by Example), and Datu (Spiritual Warrior).

He has travelled to Asia, North America and Europe giving demonstrations and seminars in Filipino Martial Arts and Meditation.

He lives in British Columbia, Canada, where, together with his wife, they operate group homes for difficult teenagers.

He also runs a full-time school of the Modern Arnis Federation.
