It's a very good dvd.

It's a very good dvd. I don't know why more people haven't purchased it. The English narration is perfect. It shows lots of ideas on how to practice Muay Thai just on a heavy bag. It's practical, because most average trainees out there are not going to be competing in the ring, nor do they have access to training partners always, and this DVD gives great ideas.
