Taiji Mother Form DVD by Zhongxian Wu
Create Harmony in Your Daily Life, Strengthen Your Life Energy, Balance Your Body, Emotions and Spirit - with the Ancient Power of Chinese Taiji Qigong.
Taiji Qigong is an ancient way of physical and spiritual cultivation which enables us to access the Dao, the Great Way of Nature. This ancient art and science for health maintenance and healing originated several thousand years ago in China.
This DVD is introduced and demonstrated by Master Zhongxian Wu. It focuses on the Mother Form of Taiji Qigong, passed directly from the Hidden Immortal Lineage. The eight movements are precisely choreographed to create a relaxed mind-body dance that stretches and strengthens the entire body. The slow, deliberate movements develop health, balance, and grace. Essentially, this form is a way to bring the practitioner into physical, mental, and spiritual awareness and connection with the microcosm (human being) and the macrocosm (universe).
