Just sway to align your core!
With three types of swai-shou—for the pelvis, spine, and ribcage—every movement becomes stable.
Use Shuai-shou to stabilize the foundation of all body movement.
This DVD explains how to practice the health exercise shuai-shou, taught by Hajime Nishiyama, creator of the Isu Axis Method®.
While the Isu Axis Method focuses on aligning the body’s internal axis, swai-shou is a method for organizing the external body—muscles, joints, and overall movement balance.
With the goal of helping you stand with stability, this program provides detailed instruction on three types of shuai-shou (pelvis, spine, and ribcage), along with key precautions—such as common causes of knee pain.
Incorporate it into your daily routine and develop a natural, effortless way of standing without strain.
