Self Defense is far from being a mix of « tips » easy to learn and with miraculous effects. It’s a precise science which can reach the limits of any art for anyone who’ll be able to bind power, precision and sharpness together. It shall be learn with commitment, thanks to easy bases and following a logical progression, from the most simple to the most complex techniques. It is impossible to improvise when you are a beginner. Improvisation is a luxury that cannot be allowed once the elementary techniques are known. Being efficient can be summed up in a few words: you act when you must, where you must, no mo re than you must.
Such a motto relies on a great deal of self control, which might be learnt through preparation and training.
