Great DVD by a great Teacher of Aikido and Aikijujutsu

This dvd is a very thorough syllabus of principles and strategies for deploying your knowledge of whole body movement, and how to defeat the opponent at their own game. Aikido is excellent to train, practice and live by, but takemusu aiki is the next level up from that. Thanks for reading my short review!
