Unlock Akira Hino’s “Ageless Power”
Master Total-Body Integration—Fast. Efficient. Complete.
The long-awaited final chapter of the trilogy is here.
Following Weight Shifting & Footwork and Sternum & Elbow Control, this concluding volume—Total-Body Integration—reveals the true source of Akira Hino’s seemingly “undiminishing power.” Despite a smaller-than-average frame, Hino continues to captivate martial artists, athletes, and dancers alike with movement that defies age and conventional physical limits.
In this DVD, Hino breaks down how the key principles you’ve learned—weight transfer, footwork, sternum control, and elbow mechanics—merge into a single, unified system. See how these elements connect in real motion, adapt to different partners and situations, and generate effortless, overwhelming effect.
This is the core of the Hino Method—refined through decades of teaching and experience—presented in its most complete and practical form.
