I bought this video because I was training in savage by myself and was really into it and wanted to progress. Also, you don't need a fancy weapon in a fight, but understanding technique is paramount. Mr. Dubruiel is very thorough in his explanation and movements, very easy to understand and then put into practice. I have since lost my dvd, but am ordering another. Great resorce. I love it.
