1948年、5人兄弟の長男として生まれた盧山初夫は、高校1年生の秋に大山道場に入門した。 1973年「第5回全日本空手道選手権大会」で優勝。 1980年に埼玉県に支部道場を開設し支部長を務める。 1990 年以来、全国支部長会議の副議長を務めています。マス大山総長の死去（1994年4月26日）後は、首席師範、首席顧問、東アジアおよび旧ソ連統括部長を務めた。 2003年1月に極真館を設立
