Shozo Fujii (born May 11, 1950, in Higashikagawa, Kagawa) is a famous Japanese judoka who secured four gold medals at the World Championships. After graduating from Tenri University in 1973, he joined Kuraray. In 1974, he began teaching at Kyoto Sangyo University, where he coached notable athletes, including 1984 Olympic champion Yoshiyuki Matsuoka.
Since at least 2010, Fujii has been a judo coach at Tenri University, his alma mater, where he continues to train future generations of judoka.
