Yu Fai, born from Thailand’s traditional postpartum care, uses herbs to harmonize women’s mind and body. This DVD for therapists explains its theory and techniques.

"Yu-fai" means "being by the fire," a traditional Thai thermal therapy for postpartum care. It warms women's bodies after childbirth to promote uterine recovery, but in modern times it has also become a form of feminine care to address a variety of ailments, including menstrual pain, PMS, menopause, autonomic nervous system disorders, and mental fatigue. It uses Thai herbs, heat, and herbal balls to gently warm the body from deep within, regulating circulation and the autonomic nervous system.

Assess constitution via Thai medicine’s 4 elements (earth, water, wind, fire). Resolve blockages with Yu Fai Association’s unique “Mountain & River Theory.” Employ herb balls, salt pots, and hot blocks for health promotion—managing, maintaining, and enhancing wellness—to support women throughout life.
