Activate the ligaments to unleash instantaneous full-body power!
The second book following the groundbreaking first volume Activate the Full-Body Ligaments! Jintore, which shocked with a new movement theory using ligaments instead of muscles.
This book practically introduces methods for master-level performance in budo, bujutsu, and fighting arts, with demonstrations by martial artists.
The three universal elements demanded across all martial arts:
- No preparatory motion (no-motion)
- Full-body coordinated movement
- Instant maximum power generation
These are achieved precisely through ligament activation.
A must-read book to experience and master this ligament-based movement skill that masters have used naturally.
Fast! Stable! Tireless! A system beyond common sense and modern exercise theory, made possible by not relying on muscles: ligament activation.
Clearly and easily explained—from basics to various practical applications.
