エスティマロックDVD by Victor Estima

This wasn't really created by Victor but he has developed it for BJJ and its a great brown belt and above submission, tricky at times but its good to know the set ups etc so if your opponent tries it to get your foot the hell outta there cause once its caught its gone. Great detail and def worth it for the advance players.

This is an excellent DVD, and like all BudoVideo instructionals, the production quality, layout and teaching is top notch and follows a logical progression. Personally I enjoy DVDs dealing with one technique and the multiple positions it can be executed from (like in Magid Hage's baseball bat choke).

The teaching by Victor is clear, lucid and simple. He does not complicate things by talking too much, but gives enough information for you to understand how to execute the technique.

If you are looking to add a leg lock into your game, that is unconventional and will catch many people by surprise, then I suggest you add the Estima lock. Your level of flexibility, athleticism and strength does not matter. Anyone can utilise this submission!
