Great books

The taijutsu series or densho are an invaluable reference to explore katas and techniques in your school, especially for teachers. Having a central source of terms with a glossary, names in English and Japanese forbtechbiques makes me a better instructor. We are having fun comparing old school things with modern version in other arts as well.
