Body Manipulation Technique DVD by Yoshinori Kono (Region 2 DVD) (Preowned)
This documentary, which garnered widespread media attention upon its theatrical release, follows martial arts researcher Yoshinori Kono, who has taught pitcher Masumi Kuwata and astronaut Soichi Noguchi how to use their bodies, while also advocating for more physically gentle methods of nursing care. "You can't really understand Mr. Kono's martial arts techniques unless you see them. The best way is to see them in person, but if that's not possible, you'll have to watch them in the cinema," says Takeshi Yoro.
