The Power of "Hands" Generated through "Forms" — Okinawan Karate!
Okinawan Karate, founded by Shoki Nakamura and continued by his son Shigeru Nakamura, is not just a school of martial arts but a true Okinawan martial art focusing on the refinement and transmission of "Te" (手, meaning "hands"). Sensei Osamu Nishihara from the Okinawa Kenpo Daihei Dojo meticulously instructs the essence of martial power derived from "forms" and "breathing techniques." His teachings transcend styles and organizations, focusing on essential martial skills necessary for overcoming differences in arm strength, body size, and the effects of aging.
