He works with the Sanchin, Seisan and the Sanseiryu kata, giving applications of movements in the forms, some as simple as the bow and opening the stance. 45 min.
PART 2: In Training Drills, Sensei Stewart teaches a variety of training drills including sticky hands, wauke flow drills, wauke forward energy training and segmenting the limbs. This training package highlights close-in fighting with sweeps, elbows, knees and takedowns, and stresses the defensive and offensive use of the wauchi/uke circular strike and block.
